What is AWSummit - Ibiza?

AWSummit Ibiza is the most exclusive networking event for C-suite executives and decision-makers in Western Europe. Founded in 2014 in Romania, the event has continually expanded. With the second edition in Ibiza coming up, we look forward to gathering over 500 participants: affiliates, creators, and multi-vertical companies, to connect in a spectacular environment.

Who can participate at AWSummit - Ibiza?

AWSummit Ibiza welcomes participation from a broad spectrum of individuals and companies, including business representatives, innovators, affiliates, content creators, and people from various verticals such as Marketing, Traffic, Entertainment and Content Creation, Ads Tracking, Dating, Payment, Lead Generation, E-commerce, Crypto , TikTok, Casino, Nutra, iGaming, and OnlyFans.

When will AWSummit - Ibiza take place, and where?

AWSummit Ibiza will take place at the Hard Rock Hotel on June 11th - 13th, 2025. Hard Rock Hotel has a range of elegant accommodation options, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Where I can find the event schedule?

The complete event schedule is available on our website. You can conveniently view it by visiting the "Agenda" section. Additionally, during the event, you will have access to the schedule through the mobile app.

Are there any food and beverages available at the event location?

For those looking for an enhanced experience, you can upgrade your ticket to Executive, which includes access to exclusive food stations and themed corners around the pool area. Additionally, Executive ticket holders will enjoy lunch on Days 2 and 3. To find out more about the delightful offerings available, please visit the ''Agenda'' section.

TICKETS AND REGISTRATION

How can I purchase a ticket for the AWSummit ?

To purchase a ticket for the AWSummit, visit the "Get Tickets" section on our website. Please note that tickets are available only online. We do not sell tickets at the entrance.

What does the All Inclusive Ticket include?

The All-Inclusive Ticket offers full access to the entire event (including access to the food & drinks stations, and lunch for two days), accommodation for three nights, and access to the exclusive events: Boat Networking, VIP Business Dinner, and Ushuaia VIP Party. Check the â€œGet Ticketsâ€ section on our website and see what else is included.

Do you have on sell one-day passes ?

This option is currently not available.

Can I get free access to the event?

This option is not available for the Ibiza event.

Can I share my ticket with someone else?

Each ticket is unique and can't be shared. If you can't attend the conference, you can reassign it to a colleague from your company before the event starts. Our team is available to assist you with this as needed.

Can I get a refund if for any reason I am not able to attend?

If you are unable to attend our conference, you have the option to receive a voucher of equal value for use at our upcoming event.

How can I upgrade my ticket?

You can obtain the upgrade by paying the price difference between the original ticket you purchased and the new ticket. You may do so by visiting www.awsummit.com or by contacting one of our colleagues.

How can I get an invitation letter for my visa if Iâ€™m an overseas participant?

To get a visa invitation letter, kindly provide us with information about your work to ensure your eligibility to participate in our conference. If you have questions or need assistance, contact our colleague Elena at elena@awsummit.com. She will promptly send you the invitation letter once we have received all the necessary information. Please keep in mind that we will also require your passport data.

Can I buy a ticket on-site?

No, it is only available for online purchase.

Are there any discounts available for a group booking?

We are delighted to extend special pricing for group reservations, providing excellent value with a 10% discount for groups of 3 or more and an even more substantial 15% discount for groups of 5 or more participants.

Do I get an invoice for my ticket purchase?

Of course, you can view and download your invoice from your registered account at www.awsummit.com.

ATTENDING EVENTS

What do I need to collect my badge?

Present your valid ID card and a smartphone displaying your QR code. After your registration is instantly verified, you will receive your Badge.

You need to bring your QR code and a valid ID.

How can I connect with the other attendees ?

We've developed a mobile app to facilitate connections among attendees and improve everyoneâ€™s conference experience. With this app, you will be able to message all the participants, access the event schedule, and much more. This app will grant you access to participant lists, allowing you to reach out to others directly and even schedule meetings. We encourage you to take full advantage of this opportunity to network and engage with the attendees before and during the event.

How can I apply for invite-only events?

Please visit the "Agenda" section on our website to view the schedule of events. If you are interested in attending an invite-only event, please contact the company organizing it and apply for an invitation. Alternatively, for particular events, you can purchase a ticket and secure your spot for some truly incredible experiences.

How can I book a hotel room?

Click on the "Book Hotel" button and choose the room you prefer. Be sure you book your room in time and enjoy the advantage of being onsite where all the activities take place. Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza, our hotel venue will welcome you into a world of sheer enjoyment that embraces the Mediterranean lifestyle and Ibizaâ€™s island spirit.

Can I extend my stay at the hotel venue?

Certainly, additional nights at the hotel venue can be arranged. Don't hesitate to reach out to our team for booking inquiries.

Is the venue booked exclusively for AWSummit?

Yes, the entire venue is booked exclusively for the AWSummit conference. It means that the venue is entirely reserved only for our attendees, creating a unique and engaging experience for all participants.

Can I cancel my room once I booked it?

Hotel room reservations cannot be canceled, but they are transferable.
