The All-Inclusive Ticket offers full access to the entire event (including access to the food & drinks stations, and lunch for two days), accommodation for three nights, and access to the exclusive events: Boat Networking, VIP Business Dinner, and Ushuaia VIP Party. Each ticket is unique and can't be shared. If you can't attend the conference, you can reassign it to a colleague from your company before the event starts. Our team is available to assist you with this as needed.

To get a visa invitation letter, kindly provide us with information about your work to ensure your eligibility to participate in our conference. Yes, the entire venue is booked exclusively for the AWSummit conference. It means that the venue is entirely reserved only for our attendees, creating a unique and engaging experience for all participants.

Hotel room reservations cannot be canceled, but they are transferable.
